Gained .5 from yesterday.
I totally thought I was on track, I was even a bit hungry in the afternoon, but entered my calories all at once in the evening, and I was really shocked that it was almost 800!
So, that pretty well explains it, huh? ;-)
I started this blog about my experience with the hCG diet because when I was doing my research, I couldn't find any information about life after hCG. Weight loss is not just about losing weight, it can, and should, be a personal growth and learning process. I've done long and short rounds, including planned interruptions, of the hCG diet, taking prescription injections, which worked best for me. Thanks for sharing my journey.
