Day 23

Weigth:  180

I am very disappointed that I haven’t lost anything, again, especially since I also worked out yesterday.  FitDay reported that I ate 584 calories, and I even skipped one fruit.  I have a doctor’s visit tomorrow afternoon, so maybe they will be able to shed some light on the subject.  I will take my measurements tomorrow, too, just to see where I’ve lost inches.  As someone pointed out, it’s called “pounds and inches” not just “scale number moving down!
